Presentation June 2018

Session Description

The conversations leaders choose to have with others is one of the most influential drivers of their success. In this session, we will focus on how to build strategic strength in choosing the right conversation at the right time. We will discuss ways for leaders to use a conversation continuum as a means to help those they lead feel safe enough to take responsibility for their learning, free enough to examine their own thinking, and courageous enough to expand the risk-taking needed to achieve challenging goals.
