To effectively personalize instruction to the needs of its students, Leslie County High School (Kentucky) developed an integrated, multifaceted system of instructional support. This system features the intensive use of data tracking tools by teachers, administrators, and students combined with monitoring by school leaders. This strategy for using data allows staff and students to continuously assess and track student performance in order to identify and respond to students’ needs.
