Keynote Description

In the opening keynote address at the Georgia School Improvement Conference, Dr. Davidson will describe how school leaders create sustainable change in their schools and school districts. He will describe critical tenets for leading change well, including the importance of leaders focusing on overarching purpose.

Dr. Davidson’s teaches, conducts research, and consults with leaders globally help them enhance performance and lead change. His thought leadership has changed how many leaders approach inclusion and diversity in their organizations. His research appears in top journals and his book, The End of Diversity as We Know It: Why Diversity Efforts Fail and How Leveraging Difference Can Succeed, provides a research-driven roadmap to help leaders more effectively create and capitalize on diversity in organizations. He earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University.
