This webinar was designed to provide a platform to talk through increasing engagement among high school students across a variety of subject areas. We will discuss the importance of intrinsic motivation on academic achievement for at-risk students and explore simple and effective ways to help students develop a growth mindset. We also shared examples of how to motivate students by finding the adventure in learning, promoting choice and control within the classroom, leveraging newer technologies, and setting their own goals for learning and achieving.
